Refund & Return Policy – Robaba Palette
Overview
At Robaba Palette, each artwork is a unique creation by Robaba Mohammadi. Due to the nature of original art, our return policy is designed to be fair while respecting the value of handmade pieces.
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

The artwork must be returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-refundable:

Original paintings and custom-made artwork (unless damaged or defective)

Commissioned or personalized art pieces

Digital/downloadable art products

Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review your request and offer:

A replacement (if possible), or

A full refund

Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective.
