In the darkest days of the COVID-19 pandemic, when fear and uncertainty spread across the world and countless lives were lost, I chose to see hope beyond the crisis. As an artist, I believed in the resilience of humanity that through care, science, and solidarity, we would overcome this invisible enemy. I created this work at the height of the pandemic as a tribute to human strength, hope, and our shared responsibility to protect one another.
